Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Flight Crew Group, LLC ("Flight Crew") holds in connection with your use of the Flight Crew service or any connected integrations, including Meta and Instagram.
Submitting a deletion request
To request deletion of your data, contact us at:
Please include the following in your request:
- Your name and business name.
- The email address associated with your Flight Crew account.
- A description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., all account data, data from a specific integration, Meta or Instagram data).
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

Account and engagement data
Upon request, we will delete your account information, briefing history, and any data associated with your Flight Crew engagement, subject to any retention obligations described below.
Store and integration data
Data accessed through Flight Deck (your Shopify store) and authorized integrations — including Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Meta Ads, and Instagram — is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of your request or the termination of your engagement, whichever is earlier.
Meta and Instagram data
If you connected a Meta Ads or Instagram account to the Flight Crew service, we accessed performance data (such as reach, impressions, and ad spend) solely to generate your briefings. Upon a deletion request or disconnection of those accounts, we will delete all such data from our systems within 30 days.
To disconnect Flight Crew's access to your Meta or Instagram account directly, you can also revoke permissions at any time through your Facebook account settings at facebook.com/settings under Apps and Websites.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law — for example, billing records, tax documentation, or records needed to resolve disputes. We will inform you of any such retention when responding to your request.
Revoking access without a full deletion
If you want to stop Flight Crew from accessing your data without requesting full deletion:
- Shopify — uninstall Flight Deck from your Shopify admin. This immediately revokes our read access to your store.
- Meta / Instagram — revoke permissions via Facebook account settings (Apps and Websites) or contact us to disconnect your account from the Flight Crew service.
- Other integrations — contact us at hello@flight-crew.ai and we will disconnect the relevant integration promptly.
