What's the difference between Flight Crew and just using Claude or ChatGPT directly?

The AI platforms are capable. What they don't have is any knowledge of your business. They don't remember your context between sessions. They can't monitor your operations or flag issues before you notice them. And they won't keep up with changes for you.

Do I need technical expertise to work with Flight Crew?

How long does onboarding take?
